Modular Purification Air Handling Unit
The OBAIR modular air handling unit features various functional designs that can be freely combined to meet customers' personalized customization needs. The panel thickness is available in 25mm and 50mm options, with a maximum air volume of up to 200,000 m³/h. It is mainly used in air purification systems for various clean workshops, including industrial electronics factories, precision machinery manufacturing plants, textile workshops, automotive spray workshops, GMP pharmaceutical factories, cosmetics and food production facilities, and lithium battery workshops.

- Aesthetic appearance with anti-cold bridge structural design and excellent corrosion resistance
- Anti-cold bridge performance meets Eurovent TB1 standards
- Air leakage rate complies with Eurovent L2 standards
- Box insulation performance reaches Eurovent T2 standards
- Integrated electrical design with all wiring from the electrical box to unit components pre-installed by OBAIR. Users only need to connect the main power supply to the electrical box.
- Integral drip pan design spanning from the cooling coil section to the bottom of the fan section, ensuring all water droplets inside the unit are collected in the drip pan and smoothly drained out.    



Four-Pipe Modular Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller
The OBAIR Four-Pipe Modular Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller heat pump unit is an energy-efficient central air conditioning system designed for applications requiring simultaneous cooling and heating. The unit features multiple operating modes. When combined with four-pipe fan coil units or air handling units, it can provide independent cooling and heating sources for different areas in large buildings with varying thermal demands. It easily achieves dehumidification, cooling, and reheating, enabling precise temperature and humidity control, enhancing user comfort in different zones, and meeting process requirements for constant temperature and humidity. It provides an optimal solution for maximizing energy utilization efficiency.    
Product Features
1.The unit utilizes next-generation R410A refrigerant and fully enclosed scroll compressors.
2. Cooling + heating co-supply mode: Based on different cooling and heating load demands, it simultaneously meets both requirements. Through the integration of an air-side auxiliary heat exchanger, it ensures continuous and stable output of cooling and heating loads even when there is an imbalance between them.
3. Standalone cooling mode: Automatically switches to cooling-only operation when there is no heating demand. 4. Standalone heating mode: Automatically switches to heating-only operation when there is no cooling demand.
5. Unlike full heat recovery systems and multifunctional heat pump water heater units, the OBAIR four-pipe heat pump unit features completely independent water heat exchangers for cooling and heating, with automatic balancing of varying cooling and heating loads.
6. Compared with separate cooling and heating air conditioning units, the four-pipe heat pump unit offers higher integration, occupies less space, and achieves over 60% energy savings in co-supply mode.



Fully DC Inverter Modular Direct Expansion Unit
The fully DC inverter modular direct expansion unit is an upgraded version of OBAIR's original air-cooled direct expansion air handling unit, incorporating numerous latest design advancements from domestic and international sources. The unit can automatically calculate energy requirements based on changes in room load and adjust its output capacity accordingly, achieving national first-class energy efficiency. It is widely used for air conditioning in buildings such as electronic factories, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, printing plants, telecommunications centers, banks, data centers, substations, and communication stations. It features mature technology, a compact structure, convenient installation, and reliable, stable performance.    
Unit Features
1.The unit uses high-performance variable-frequency compressors. Supply fans, high-precision electronic expansion valves, and other refrigeration components are selected from internationally renowned brands, including low-noise, high-performance centrifugal fans.
2.The unit employs high-performance integrated control systems with high control accuracy and excellent reliability.
3.The unit has an aesthetic appearance with a smooth internal surface that resists dust accumulation. Both inner and outer panels are made of high-quality color-coated steel plates, making it particularly suitable for purification applications.
4.The unit fully incorporates the advantages of modular air conditioning systems. It can include functional sections such as cooling, dehumidification, heating, humidification, air mixing, filtration, spraying, sound attenuation, and air conveyance. These functional sections can be flexibly combined to meet various air quality requirements.
